Writing about Motherhood
This blog is rooted in reflection, growth and the quiet work of becoming.
About B.Mom
Daughter, sister, colleague, friend, wife, marketer, writer – I have carried many titles. The most formative of them all has been mother
Raising my two now adult children has been both wondrous and deeply demanding. Motherhood did not simply expand my responsibilities; it revealed my patters, my assumptions, and the quiet wounds I carried into parenting. It required more than love. It required awareness.
Over time, I came to understand that conscious motherhood is not only the raising of children – it’s an invitation to grow.

The journey behind B.Mom
Through years of personal development and working alongside women, I found myself increasingly drawn to observing motherhood more closely — in my own life, in conversations with other women, and in the unspoken questions many of us carry. I began to notice a recurring reflection:
If only I had understood this work earlier, how different my experience might have been.
While juggling a demanding corporate career in marketing, raising two children and navigating the shifting identities of working mother and full-time caregiver, I carried a quiet, persistent urge to write. Somewhere between packing school lunches and coordinating extramural schedules, the seed of B.Mom (Bachelor of Motherhood) began to take root. Not as a set of answers, but as an invitation.
I waited for the space to give it the attention it deserved. That time has now arrived.
Why this space exists
This blog — and the book taking shape through it — exists in response to that realisation.
I write to explore motherhood as a catalyst for personal growth. Not as a prescription, but as an invitation to reflect.
Through thoughtful insights, I aim to offer perspective and encouragement for women who sense that motherhood is shaping them just as much as they are shaping their children.
What you’ll find here
On B.Mom, you’ll find reflections on:
- How motherhood reshapes identity
- The mental load and emotional labour of family life
- The invisible pressures mothers carry
- Stress, guilt and the internal experience of parenting
- Growing through awareness rather than perfection
A different way of understanding motherhood
B.Mom is a space for exploring conscious motherhood — understanding how awareness, identity and growth unfold through the experience of raising a child.
This blog is devoted to that transformation — steady, conscious, and deeply human.
